Start slow by applying at night twice a week, and build slowly to once per day.

STEP 1

Apply a small amount to the face & neck at night, after cleansing. Avoid the eye area.
STEP 2

Apply your nighttime moisturizer on top.
STEP 3

Begin using twice weekly and increase usage as tolerated.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use retinol products if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription acne medication, or in conjunction with waxing, chemical peels or resurfacing procedures. Always use a high, broad spectrum sunscreen when using this product.
