SHIPPING

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses located in the following countries: Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal. Gibraltar is excluded. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website before placing your order. Please check the website for more information.

After completing a purchase (paid order), you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order.

If you are registered, you can view the status of each order by logging into your account under the "Orders" section. If you are not registered, click the "Track my purchases" link at the bottom of the site, enter your email address and order number, and you will be able to view the status of your order.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the goods are delivered by the carrier within the estimated timeframe from the order confirmation date.

Hydropeptide insures all purchases during transit and until delivery to the buyer. To confirm the delivery of each Hydropeptide product, a signature and the NIE of an adult will be required, at which point responsibility for the purchased products will transfer to the recipient.

Hydropeptide is not responsible for delivery delays by third-party services. Once the customer receives their order, they assume full responsibility for it. DESTINATIONS, SHIPPING COSTS, AND RETURNS

All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or business day.

  • Shipping to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: Free with a minimum order of €80 (for orders under €80, the shipping cost is €8.99).

  • Shipping to Canary Islands: Free with a minimum order of €300 (for orders under €300, the shipping cost is €19.99).

DELIVERY TIMES:

Holiday periods: During holiday periods, orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to high demand, delays may occur. Thank you for your patience.

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24–48 hours from the time the order is placed.

  • Balearic Islands: 3 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Canary Islands: 4 to 8 business days from the time the order is placed.

Returns/Exchanges: Buyers have 14 days from the receipt of goods to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and do not account for possible delays due to exceptional shipping conditions.

If you place an order for delivery to another person (e.g., as a gift), you acknowledge the validity of that person’s signature and ID upon receipt, and responsibility for the goods is transferred in the same manner.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Customers have up to fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date to fully or partially cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable legislation. After this period, Hydropeptide will not accept returns.

Exchanges are not free of charge.

If you want to exchange for a different item, return the purchased product(s) and place a new order.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original bags, boxes, tags, and packaging. If the returned items show any damage, the return or exchange may be denied.

Please also return the Hydropeptide box and original packaging. Otherwise, Hydropeptide may deduct the corresponding cost from your refund or reject the returned goods.

All products undergo quality control checks for damage or defects before shipping. If you receive goods in imperfect condition, contact us immediately at shop@hydropeptide.com.es or call 682 514 588.


CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right to cancel, you can call us at 682 514 588 or email us at shop@hydropeptide.com.es before 3:00 p.m. on the same day the order was placed. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps to process a return:

  1. Contact Hydropeptide at shop@hydropeptide.com.es or 682 514 588 to request a return or exchange.

  2. We will arrange to collect the package in the same box it was delivered in. Once Hydropeptide has verified the item is in perfect condition, you will receive a refund within 14 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Return shipping costs are always the buyer’s responsibility.

  4. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, and with undamaged packaging.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must first return the product and then place a new order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All items are inspected for damage or defects before shipment. If you receive a defective item, Hydropeptide will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us by phone or email within 8 days of receiving your order so we can provide the appropriate solution.
